9. Technical Interface Coordinator
(Site)

Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate project technical interfaces between multiple work packages/contractors, drilling and reservoir engineering to ensure: compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set, overall design consistency and integrity.
• To ensure a cost effective integration between different packages/contractors and between surface and subsurface facilities activities.
• Interface responsibility definition.
• Technical integrity of interfaces.
• Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any.
• To assure technical cooperation in the team and with contractors in order to minimize technical and economical risks.
• Liaising with all technical managers in order to assure the alignment and consistency of technical designs.

Responsibilities:
• Making database summary of completed drilling project for comparison data to the next drilling program/plan (Offset Well Data).
• Designing well and details of drilling program for a well construction project (onshore & offshore) including all technical/engineering plan, cost estimation, material purchase plan and drilling equipment (Well Construction Program)
• Preparing cost estimation proposal and technically presented the plan to BPMIGAS to get an approval for executing the project (AFE & WP&B )
• Searching and analyze necessary material & equipment to be applied in the drilling project and estimate risk & cost analyst (Technology Scouting)
• Analyze and plan optimalization well design, drilling & completion, and overall budget proposal from the drilling summary result made by Drilling Superintendent.
• Supervise HQ activity, assist Drilling Superintendent to conduct quality control process (QC) during drilling ptoject.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Dgeree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering.

Sistem Kemudi (Steering) Wheel Tractor Tipe Semi Integral

Seperti yang kita tahu, sistem kemudi ( steering ) adalah suatu sistem pengendalian unit yang
digunakan untuk membelokkan arah dari gerak lurus menjadi ke kiri atau ke kanan sesuai dengan kehendak operator dan pergerakkannya dari 0° - 360°. Pada alat berat ada bermacam-macam tipe sistem steering, baik itu pada wheel tractor maupun crawler tractor.  Namun, untuk bahasan kali ini saya akan menjelaskan tipe semi integral. Sistem ini banyak dipakai untuk sistem kemudi wheel tractor yang tipe kecil.


Seperti yang terlihat pada gambar di atas, pada tipe semi integral di dalam gear box terdapat directional control valve untuk mengarahkan aliran oil dari pump ke cylinder ( sisi head atau sisi bottom ). Sedangkan drag link yang dipasang pada rod cylinder dan pitman arm, berfungsi untuk mentralkan kembali directional control valve ( proposional ), agar cylinder tidak terus disupply oil dari pump ke cylinder pada saat gerakan steering wheel dihentikan.

• Fungsi Pompa Injeksi Bahan Bakar
Pompa injeksi bahan bakar (Fuel Injection Pump) berfungsi untuk mensuplai bahan bakar ke
ruang bakar melalui nozzle dengan tekanan tinggi (max 300 kg/cm2). Bahan bakar yang diinjeksikan dengan tekanan tinggi tersebut akan membentuk kabut dengan partikel-partikel bahan bakar yang sangat halus sehingga mudah bercampur dengan udara.


• Lokasi Pompa Injeksi Bahan Bakar
Pompa injeksi bahan bakar (Fueli njection pump) pada diesel engine dengan susunan silinder tipe in-line biasanya terletak di bagian kiri atau kanan dari engine. Sedangkan pada V-engine biasanya diletakkan di tengah. Ada juga V- engine yang menggunakan dua buah pompa injeksi yang masing-masing diletakkan di bagian kanan dan kiri engine.

Pompa bahan bakar yang umum digunakan pada diesel engine putaran tinggi untuk
automobile dan mesin-mesin konstruksi adalah tipe jerk pump system. Jerk berarti bergerak ke
atas. Hal ini dikarenakan pompa ini menggunakan plunger yang bergerak ke atas pada saat
memompa bahan bakar ke ruang bakar engine.


Pompa injeksi bahan bakar tipe central diklasifikasikan ke dalam empat tipe, yaitu: tipe in-line,
distributor, V, dan parallel. Tipe in-line digunakan pada diesel engine kelas menegah dan besar, dimana plunger-nya disusun segaris dengan jumlah sesuai dengan banyaknya silinder. Tipe ditributor kadang digunakan pada diesel engine ukuran kecil, dimana pada tipe ini, bahan bakar disuplai oleh satu buah plunger yang melayani semua silinder. Pada tipe V, plunger-nya disusun dengan bentuk V.

Pada tipe parallel, dua buah in-line pump disusun secara parallel. Pompa injeksi bahan bakar tipe separate diklasifikasikan ke dalam dua tipe, yaitu: tipe single dan tipe unit injector. Pada tipe single, camshaft-nya digunakan untuk memompa bahan bakar. Sedangkan pada tipe unit injector, antara injection pump dan injection nozzle-nya dijadikan satu.

Fuel System Pada Engine Komatsu TIER 2

Fuel System

Sahabat teknisi, setelah pada posting-posting terdahulu kita sudah membahas mengenai komponen-komponen engine, sekarang saya akan sharing mengenai sistem-sistem apa saja yang ada pada engine itu sendiri. Untuk yang pertama, saya akan membahas mengenai fuel system.

Diesel Engine dapat beroperasi karena adanya pembakaran dalam ruang bakar sehingga
menghasilkan gerak putar. Pembakaran dilakukan dengan cara menyalurkan bahan bakar ke ruang
bakar ke ruang bakar. Proses penyaluran bahan bakar pada engine dinamakan fuel system, pada
prinsipnya sistem penyaluran bahan bakar setiap engine adalah sama. Di bawah ini merupakan basic
diagram fuel system pada engine komatsu:


Komponen utama fuel system terdiri dari:
Fuel Tank berfungsi untuk menampung bahan bakar yang akan digunakan untuk proses pembakaran

Feed Pump berfungsi mensupply bahan bakar ke pompa bahan bakar dengan tekanan rendah berkisar 1.2 - 2.6 kg/cm2.

Fuel Filter berfungsi untuk menyaring kotoran yang terkandung di dalam bahan bakar.


Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) berfungsi mensupply bahan bakar ke nozzle dengan tekanan tinggi (max 300 kg/cm2), menentukan timing penyemprotan dan jumlah bahan bakar yang disemprotkan.

Nozzle berfungsi sebagai penyemprot dan pengabut bahan bakar yang dikirim dari FIP.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in mining industry

Responsibilities:
* Responsible in creating module for all heavy equipment training, training presentation, making standard assessment and guideline to be implemented in all site areas of Mine Training Operation
* Evaluate and analyse project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilising company’s standard systems in order to ensure data reliability.
* Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations (utilising Surpac mine planning software).
* Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements.
* Analyse and identify engineering problems in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary.
* Review client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
* Prepare data for the progress claim report to be reviewed by the Engineering Superintendent.
* Collect data related to subcontractor performance in order to prepare summary reports required for the project.
* Support and cooperate with site survey team in order to analyse progress surveys and haul profile surveys.
* Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers, mining engineers and technical assistants in order to provide technical support.
* Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimise exposure to personnel and the environment.
