Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero), established since 2006 has been mandated by the government to develop a working area 15 Commercial Geothermal in Indonesia. Companies that provide energy without pollution, 90% owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) and 10% by PT Pertamina dimilii Venture Fund.

New era begins with the inauguration of geothermal energy Geothermal Field Kamojang on January 29, 1983 and was followed by the operation of Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) Unit-1 (30MW) on February 7, 1983, and five years later the two units operate at their capacity each of 55 MW. On the island of Sumatra for the first time operate Monoblock 2 MW in the Sibayak-Brastagi as the first Power Plant in August 2001 and the first 20 MW geothermal power plants operating in the area Lahendong.

Over time the Government through the Presidential Decree. 76/2000 revoked the previous decree and enforce the Law. 27/2003 on geothermal, where PT Pertamina no longer have a monopoly in the exploitation of geothermal energy, but sam with other geothermal business in Indonesia.
In implementing these laws Pertamina has returned 16 Commercial Work Area (WKP) Geothermal to the Government of 31 WKP given to manage.

Mekanisme Steering System Pada Bulldozer

Sahabat teknisi, tipe steering system pada crawler machine sebagian besar adalah mechanical clutch, dimana dalam pengendaliannya menggunakan clutch yang terdiri dari disc dan plate yang tersusun diantara inner drum dan outer drum serta dipasang pada kedua ujung bevel gear shaft.

Fungsi komponen-komponen utama steering system tipe mechanical clutch, adalah :
• Clutch drum atau inner drum, dibaut pada bevel gear shaft hub yang terikat pada spline bevel
gear shaft, berfungsi sebagai tempat kedudukan plate juga berfungsi sebagai silinder .
• Bevel gear shaft hub, mengalirkan oli dari steering control valve ke piston.
• Brake drum atau outer drum, dibaut pada final drive flange berfungsi sebagai tempat kedudukan
disc.
• Plate, terbuat dari baja tahan karat serta tahan temperatur tinggi. Plate ini berfungsi sebagai
friction plate dan duduk pada spline outer drum.
• Disc, terbuat dari baja, bagian luar diberi lapisan bronze yang berguna untuk mengurangi
keausan. Disc berfungsi sebagai friction plate dan duduk pada spline inner drum.
• Pressure plate, terpasang tetap ke piston oleh bolt. Piston dan pressure plate bergerak secara
bersamaan berfungsi sebagai pendorong disc secara langsung.
• Spring, berfungsi sebagai sumber kekuatan untuk menekan susunan disc dan plate dengan
perantaraan pressure plate.

Proses pemindahan tenaga pada clutch sangat tergantung kepada :
• Gaya tekanan (P) yang diperoleh dari spring atau hidrolik.
• Koefisien gesek (u) tergantung dari jenis material.
• Area (A) tergantung dari luas permukaan yang bergesekan.

Prosedur Start Engine DM45


Untuk menghindari terjadinya kerusakan-kerusakan yg tidak perlu, tentunya kita harus mengetahui beberapa prosedur dalam pengoperasian unit. Berikut ini merupakan beberapa prosedur dalam men-start unit drilling machine


1.   Pastikan semua control dalam kondisi netral atau posisi OFF.
2.   Pastikan Drill/ Propel selector switch dalam posisi DRILL mode.
3.   Pastikan control lever CS dan DCS pada posisi netral.
4.  Pastikan control lever Drill Rotation dan Drill Feed pada posisi netral.
5.  Pastikan emergency stop button switch di tarik ke luar/ posisi ON.
6.   Pastikan engine throttle di setting posisi low idle 1200 rpm.
7. Pastikan tidak ada seseorang dalam kondisi bahaya atau beresiko terkena bahaya sebelum start engine.
8.   Putar kunci kontak posisi ON
9. Tekan dan tahan switch button fuel primer dan dengarkan, primer pump akan berangsur memompa dengan perlahan seiring dengan meningkatnya fuel pressure dan lepas button jika pump sudah terdengar perlahan memompanya.
10. Tarik dan Posisikan compressor on/ off control lever posisi butterfly valve menutup pada compressor.
11. Tekan dan tahan bypass button kemudian tekan switch button engine untuk start engine, lepas start button ketika engine sudah start, dan lepas bypass button ketika engne sudah running.

Definisi Dan Pengertian Final Drive (Penggerak Akhir)

Susunan roda gigi penggerak akhir adalah pegurang kecepatan yang biasanya diperlengkapi dengan satu atau dua set roda gigi lurus dan pinion boss roda gigi penggerak akhir.
Prinsip yang dipergunakanpada transmisi dimana kecepatan rotasi dikurangi dan momen puntir ( torque ) ditambah oleh sejumlah roda gigi yang dipergunakan pada penggerak akhir.


Masing-masing bak penggerak akhir ( final drive case ) dipasang melebar keluar dari bak roda gigi tirus ( bevel gear case ) pada masing-masing sisi. Dengan memilih perbandingan kecepatan yang tepat momen puntir ( Torque ) sebelum ke penggerak akhir ( final drive ) dapat diperkecil. Dengan demikian, transmisi yang sama, poros roda tirus ( bevel gear shaft ) dan lain-lain dapat dipergunakan yang sama pada berbagai jenis model mesin.

Roda gigi penggerak akhir ( final Drive gears ) dapat dihadapkan pada tekanan permukaan yang besar disebabkan oleh beban goncangandan benturan ( shock and impact loads ), yang mana memerlukan perhatian ekstra untuk seleksi oli pelumas dan mencegah masuknya benda asing ke dalam bak penggerak akhir ( final drive cases ).

Perbandingan reduksi normal berada diantara 1/9 sampai 1/12 untuk perbandingan reduksi yang lebih kecil dipergunakan sistem reduksi tunggal ( single reduction system ). Untuk perbandingan reduksi yang besar dipergunakan sistem reduksi ganda atau sistem roda gigi planet. ( Double reduction system or planetary gear system ).
