1. GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GDP-Petromindo) Based in Kalimantan.
This is a staff position. We will provide comprehensive training, development programs and mentoring at mine site for the successful candidate.
Required Qualifications: • Min S-1 Degree in Mine Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geodetic Engineering and Environmental Engineering with GPA min. 3.00 • Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills, both English and Indonesian. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
2. GIS & REPORTING COORDINATOR (GRC-Petromindo)
This is a Staff position reporting to Strategic Operation Superintendent and will be based at Jakarta Office. This Position is responsible to coordinate and prepare all data needed to company quarterly report and work program in order to fulfill requirement of government policy in timely manner, provide and maintain GIS in order to have accurate and up to date database of GIS. Required Qualifications: • Hold University degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering. • Min. 3 years experiences related to mine operation. • Good in reporting, database, presentation, and graphic design. • Good skill in Mining Software and/ or GIS software. • Possess good communication skill in Indonesia and English.
3. MINE ENGINEER (ME-Petromindo) Based in Balikpapan.
This is a Staff position reporting to Long Term Plan Superintendent. This position is responsible to execute, control, and recommend on mine planning activities of PT Arutmin Indonesia, in order to ensure that the production target is achieved in a safe manner. Required Qualifications: • University degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering. • Min. 2 years in coal mine planning and operations. • Good skills in mining software, preferably XPAC, MINCOM, and Minex.
4. GEOLOGIST (GEO-Petromindo) Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to Geologist Supervisor. He/She is responsible to execute, control and monitor the Arutmin s exploration, drilling and geological mapping program. Required Qualifications: • University Degree in Geology from reputable university. • Min. 2 years working experiences in coal mining or fresh graduate with outstanding performance is encouraged to apply. • Independent, self motivated and hard worker. • Computer literate. • Ability to speak and prepare technical reports in English.
5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (EL-Petromindo) Based in South Kalimantan. This position is
responsible to provide electrical maintenance planning to ensure high levels of equipment availability in a safe, environmentally sound, and cost effective manner. Required Qualifications: • Hold University Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university. • Min. 2 years working experiences especially in coal mining company is an added value. This position is responsible to develop short term (daily and weekly) maintenance planning and long term maintenance planning to ensure all major maintenance done in timely manner. Required Qualifications: • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) majoring Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years experience for Diploma and 3 (three) years experience for Bachelor Degree in plant maintenance related tasks, and having minimum 3 years experience as foreman is preferred. • Possess good skill in MS Office application; experience with Maintenance Management System is preferred.

• Fungsi Pompa Injeksi Bahan Bakar
Pompa injeksi bahan bakar (Fuel Injection Pump) berfungsi untuk mensuplai bahan bakar ke
ruang bakar melalui nozzle dengan tekanan tinggi (max 300 kg/cm2). Bahan bakar yang diinjeksikan dengan tekanan tinggi tersebut akan membentuk kabut dengan partikel-partikel bahan bakar yang sangat halus sehingga mudah bercampur dengan udara.
• Lokasi Pompa Injeksi Bahan Bakar
Pompa injeksi bahan bakar (Fueli njection pump) pada diesel engine dengan susunan silinder tipe in-line biasanya terletak di bagian kiri atau kanan dari engine. Sedangkan pada V-engine biasanya diletakkan di tengah. Ada juga V- engine yang menggunakan dua buah pompa injeksi yang masing-masing diletakkan di bagian kanan dan kiri engine.
Pompa bahan bakar yang umum digunakan pada diesel engine putaran tinggi untuk
automobile dan mesin-mesin konstruksi adalah tipe jerk pump system. Jerk berarti bergerak ke
atas. Hal ini dikarenakan pompa ini menggunakan plunger yang bergerak ke atas pada saat
memompa bahan bakar ke ruang bakar engine.
Pompa injeksi bahan bakar tipe central diklasifikasikan ke dalam empat tipe, yaitu: tipe in-line,
distributor, V, dan parallel. Tipe in-line digunakan pada diesel engine kelas menegah dan besar, dimana plunger-nya disusun segaris dengan jumlah sesuai dengan banyaknya silinder. Tipe ditributor kadang digunakan pada diesel engine ukuran kecil, dimana pada tipe ini, bahan bakar disuplai oleh satu buah plunger yang melayani semua silinder. Pada tipe V, plunger-nya disusun dengan bentuk V.
Pada tipe parallel, dua buah in-line pump disusun secara parallel. Pompa injeksi bahan bakar tipe separate diklasifikasikan ke dalam dua tipe, yaitu: tipe single dan tipe unit injector. Pada tipe single, camshaft-nya digunakan untuk memompa bahan bakar. Sedangkan pada tipe unit injector, antara injection pump dan injection nozzle-nya dijadikan satu.

Sahabat teknisi, setelah pada posting-posting terdahulu kita sudah membahas mengenai komponen-komponen engine, sekarang saya akan sharing mengenai sistem-sistem apa saja yang ada pada engine itu sendiri. Untuk yang pertama, saya akan membahas mengenai fuel system.
Diesel Engine dapat beroperasi karena adanya pembakaran dalam ruang bakar sehingga
menghasilkan gerak putar. Pembakaran dilakukan dengan cara menyalurkan bahan bakar ke ruang
bakar ke ruang bakar. Proses penyaluran bahan bakar pada engine dinamakan fuel system, pada
prinsipnya sistem penyaluran bahan bakar setiap engine adalah sama. Di bawah ini merupakan basic
diagram fuel system pada engine komatsu:
Komponen utama fuel system terdiri dari:
− Fuel Tank berfungsi untuk menampung bahan bakar yang akan digunakan untuk proses pembakaran
− Feed Pump berfungsi mensupply bahan bakar ke pompa bahan bakar dengan tekanan rendah berkisar 1.2 - 2.6 kg/cm2.
− Fuel Filter berfungsi untuk menyaring kotoran yang terkandung di dalam bahan bakar.
− Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) berfungsi mensupply bahan bakar ke nozzle dengan tekanan tinggi (max 300 kg/cm2), menentukan timing penyemprotan dan jumlah bahan bakar yang disemprotkan.
− Nozzle berfungsi sebagai penyemprot dan pengabut bahan bakar yang dikirim dari FIP.

Requirements: Male/Female; Single with max age 28 years old; Diploma and Bachelor degree from Secretary, English Literature, Administration from reputable Academy or University (GPA 2.85); Min. 1 year related working experience; Good interpersonal as well as communication skill; Language required : English; Job location : North Jakarta.
INVENTORY MANAGER (IM)
Responsibilities : Manage the Inventory control, part availability increase to reach the target and control the inventory turn over, Create a national demand forecast, improve and develop part system and part computerize program.
Requirements: Male, with max age 40 years old, Bachelor degree from any major from reputable University or Institute (GPA 2.85), Min 5 year related experience (must mentioned in CV), Good interpersonal skill, Fluent in spoken and written English, Excellent health, dynamic, hardworking and willing to travel.
PRODUCT MANAGER–TYRE (PMT)
Responsibilities : Manage the brand and ensure the company’s sales and profitability are met, Develop marketing plans, Identify existing products by conducting market evaluation and market analysis, Preparing marketing strategy, Implementing and evaluation all marketing activities to achieve brand equity, market share, turnover, and profile of the particular brand.
Requirements : Male with. max age 40 years old, Min. 5-7 years experience in Tire business and 3 years in Managerial position, Has good interpersonal relationship as well as communication skill, An able to work as team, Target oriented, Has good to manage people, Proficient in English.
SERVICE SUPERVISOR (SS)
Responsibilities : Maintaining, Trouble shooting, and Overhaul unit.
Requirements : Male, with max 35 years old; Graduated from Senior High School, Diploma, or Bachelor Degree with experience min. 5 years as a service supervisor (heavy equipment); Having technical analysis and leadership skill; Job location : all INTA branches.
MECHANIC (MC)
Responsibilities : Maintaining, Trouble shooting, and Overhaul unit.
Requirements : Male, with max 35 years old; Graduated from Senior High School, or Diploma Degree with experience min. 2 years as a heavy equipment mechanic; Having technical analysis; Job location : all INTA branches.
SHE SUPERVISOR (SH)
Responsibilities: Supervise SHE Officer for conducting of safety, health and environmental audits in all INTA branch, Making all safety, health and environment rules and regulations in which to delivered to all INTA branch
Requirements : Male, with max age 35 years old, Bachelor degree from environmental engineering, environmental health management or its equivalent from reputable institute or university, Min 3 years experience in the safety, health and environmental field, preferably within the heavy equipment or mining industry health and environmental as well as heavy equipment or mining standards, Good interpersonal as well as communication skill, Wiling to highly travelling in all INTA branch, Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
