• Analyze oil and gas concentration of each wells, provide technical consultation to produce potential condition of oil production and most economically to be sold.

Responsibilities:
• Planning drilling operation activity with Risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Drill Well On Paper (DWOP) & Completion Well On Paper (CWOP). (Risk & HSEQ Assessment).
• Making Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) with section head and operation engineer in order to achieve drilling target completely (Drilling Procedures, SIMOP procedures, Completion Procedures, well control procedures, dll).

Pengetesan Sederhana Battery Relay 4 Terminal

Setelah pada posting terdahulu saya sudah membahas mengenai konstruksi dan cara kerja battery relay, kali ini saya yang akan sharing kepada sobat teknisi mengenai cara sederhana pengetesan battery relay 4 terminal.  


Pengetesan ini kita lakukan dalam kondisi unit ON
1. Hasil pengukuran : Voltmeter menunjuk24 V dan antaraBR dan E.
    Analisa : 
  • Rangkaian dari battery yang melalui   starting switch kebattery relay switch dalam kondisi baik.

2. Hasil pengukuran : Tidak ada tegangan antara R - E.
    Analisa : 
  • D3 dalam keadaan baik.

3. Hasil pengukuran : Voltmeter menunjuk 24 V antara R - E.
    Analisa : 
  • Berarti diode D3 rusak menjadi konduktor.

4. Hasil pengukuran : Tidak ada tegangan antara terminal Br - E.
    Analisa :  
  • Starting switch kontaknya sudah rusak.
  • Kabel penghubung antara starting switch danbattery relay switch putus.
  • Kabel penghubung ke ground ( E ) terputus.

5. Hasil pengukuran : Tidak ada tegangan pada terminal Br - E.
    Analisa :
  • Kontakyang tidak betul pada Starting switch yang menghubungkan terminal B dan Br.
  • Rangkaian yang salah antara starting switch & battery switch.
  • Kabel dari terminal C starting switch putus / lepas.

Parameter - Parameter Pengecekan Alternator

1. Check mounting bolts
· Check the charge rate at the vehicle battery. periksa charge rate pada baterai kendaraan Using the correct size spanner check all of the mounting bolts of the alternator.

2. Check fan belt
· Check the alternator drive belt for tension and condition.If not in good condition it should be replaced.

3. Check drive pulley
· Check the alternator drive pulley for signs of wear. A worn pulley can give the same effect as a loose fan belt. On machines where the alternator is used to drive the tachometer a worn pulley can lead to a wrong engine RPM reading.


4. Check the main shaft
· Check the main alternator shaft for exessive play. Excessive play is a sign that the bearings or the bearing housing is worn. This is done by firmly gripping the alternator pulley and moving it from
side to side.

5. Check the terminals
· Check all the alternator terminals are tight. You can do this by attempting to move them with your hand. If they are loose you must tighten them. Loose terminals lead to burning of the terminals and the lugs.Inspect them to make sure the connection is clean and the wire is not broken or frayed.

6. Apply korode kure
· Apply korode kure to any exposed terminals. This will prevent corrossion. The Korode kure should also be applied to any ground lugs.

7. Check charge rate
· Check the charge rate at the battery to ensure it is correct.

8. Check charging rate
· Take your multi meter and set it up for test voltage. Go to the machine batteries and put the red probe to positive and the black probe to negative. Read the display this is the charging voltage of the machine.

9. Check state of charge of batteries.
· With the machine not running remove all of the caps of the batteries. One by one use the rubber bulb to draw acid into the glass tube. Read the number on the glass float. This is the specific gravity of the cell being tested.

10. Check R terminal
· Take your multimeter and set it up as Check voltage. Check the voltage between the alternatior terminal R and ground. Red lead of multi meter goes to the R terminal and the black lead of multi meter goes to ground. Read the display this is the R terminal voltage.

11. Test the B+ for voltage drop.
· Set your multi meter for check voltage. Take the red lead of your multi meter to B+ on the alternator. Take the black lead of your multi meter and put it to main + terminal of the battery ( you may to use a jumper wire to assist if the multi meter leads are too short). If the reading is greater than 1 volt this a problem either in a connection or the cable used is too small. Rectify the problem.

12. Check resistance of ground circuit
· Set your multimeter as for check resistance. Check the resistance between the alternator case and battery ( you may need a jumper wire to assist if the multi meter leads are too short). If the reading is any more than 2 ohm this indicates a problem either in a connection or the cable used is too small Rectify the problem.

Konstruksi Dan Cara Kerja Alternator


Kali ini kembali ke topik masalah electric system, kita akan membahas tentang alternator. Alternator mempunyai peranan penting dalam sistem charging sebuah unit. Charging System digunakan untuk mengembalikan kondisi battery agar selalu siap digunakan. Hal ini disebabkan kapasitas battery tidak mungkin digunakan secara terusmenerus.

Prinsipnya, tegangan yang dihasilkan alternator diatur oleh regulator sehingga sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem kelistrikannya pada unitnya. Adapun arus yang masuk ke battery (sebagai arus pengisian) dapat dimonitor melalui A meter atau charging lamp yang dihubungkan serie dengan terminal R alternator danterminal ACC starting switch.


Prinsip kerjanya adalah :

a. Field coil ( rotor coil ) mendapat arus penguat sehingga pada rotor coil   timbul medan magnet.
b. Bila alternator diputar oleh engine, maka medan magnet pada rotor coil   akan dipotong oleh konduktor pada staior coil. Sehingga pada stator coil akan timbul arus listrik.
c. Tegangan bolakbalik yang keluar dari stator kemudian diserahkan oleh diode sehingga menjadi arus searah.

Fungsi semi conductor regulator adalah mengontrol arus penguat ke field coil   ( rotor coil ) sehingga tegangan yang dihasilkan alternator antara 27.5 s/d 29.5 volt.
Prinsip kerja regulator adalah sebagai berikut :



a. Bilastarting switch posisi ON, maka arus dari battery akan mengalir ke   rotor coil. Jalannya arus penguat adalah :

Battery - B - R - rotor coil - F - T1 - E

b. Setelah rotor coil menjadi magnet dan alternator diputar oleh engine,   maka dari alternator akan menghasilkan tegangan.

c. Bila out put voltage dari alternator masih kecil amka arus yang keluar   darialternator akan memperkuat medan magnet pada rotor coil,   sehinggaout put voltage dari alternator naik. Out put voltage dari alternator adalah sebanding dengan putaran dan kekuatan medan magnetnya.


d. Saat tegangan mencapai 29,5 volt maka voltage drop di V3 akan
menyebabkan zener diode mendapat reverse - voltage sehingga T2   akanON dan T1 akan OFF. Dengan demikian arus penguat ke rotor coil   tidak mendapat ground dan kemagnetan akan berkurang sehingga   tegangan   yang dihasilkan alternator akan turun.


e. Bilaout put voltage turun mencapai 27,5 volt, maka T2 akan OFF dan T1 kembaliON (bekerja) dan field coil mendapat arus penguat kembali   danout put  voltage alternator naik kembali.
 
Dengan demikian arus yang keluar dari alternator akan dijaga selalu pada   tengangan regulating yaitu27,5 volt - 29,5 volt.
