Requirements:
* Graduate engineer Civil Engineering with 2 years experience in field work.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the result of civil work and problems encountered for the Superintendent in order that the civil works are monitored well.
* Liase with suppliers for quotes and specifications and with pits/maintenance for user needs.
* Compile PTBA report each quarter.
* Conduct pit tours for visitors, suppliers, VIP’s etc.

Responsible to Training and Development Superintendent. Conducts training needs analyses, determines the right training Intervention to close the identified training needs, and evaluates result of implemented training intervention.
Requirement :

Internal Leakage Yang Terjadi Pada External Gear Pump


Pada pembahasan hidrolik yang lalu, saya  telah membahas tentang berbagai jenis dan karakter gear pump. Pada posting kali ini saya akan membahas yang tidak kalah pentingnya dengan gear pump itu sendiri, yaitu internal lekage. Internal leakage sangat erat hubungannya dengan komponen hidrolik, karena internal leakage itu sendiri dapat menjadi indikator dalam menentukan komponen hidrolik tersebut masih dalam batas fungsinya atau sudah tidak layak pakai.

Kebocoran oli dari tempat bertekanan tinggi ke tempat yang mempunyai   tekanan rendah kebocoran ini melalui gap atau clearance. Pada pompa roda gigi (gear pump) pasti adaclearance yakni antara roda gigi dengan case, antara gear dan side plate yang memungkinkan oli bocor dan ini juga dimanfaatkan untuk pelumasan.

Gambar di bawah ini menunjukkan tempat-tempat yang memungkinkan oli   bocor. Kebocoran oli ini menyebabkan jumlah oli yang di delivery berkurang.   Semakin tinggi tekanan discharge, semakin banyak oli yang bocor. Semakin   besarclearance juga menyebabkan semakin banyaknya oli yang bocorDemikian pula bila oli yang digunakan terlalu encer.


Adapun sumberinternal leakage tersebut adalah
  ~ Antara ujung gigi dengan rumahnya, disebut top clearance.
  ~ Antara sisi gigi dengan sisi plat, disebut side clearance.
  ~ Antara gigi yang satu dengan gigi lainya, disebut backlash.

Berdasarkan Internal leakage tersebut dan berdasarkan konstruksinya, maka   eksternal gear pump digolongkan menjadi dua yaitu
- Fixed side plate gear pump. 
  Pompa jenis ini mempunyai tekanan antara 30 s/d 125 Kg / cm2,  
  dan volumetric eficiency 75% s/d 80%.
- Pressure Balancing Type gear pump.
  Pompa jenis ini direncanakan untuk tekanan tinggi ( lebih dari 140 Kg/cm2 ).
  Dengan menggunakan side plate untuk mengurangi side clearancenya. Adapun.volumetric eficiency pompa jenis ini adalah 93% pada maksimum rpm dan sekitar 88% pada setengah maksimum Rpm dengan tekanan yang   maksimum.
