Konstruksi Dan Proses Delivery Fuel Di Dalam Fuel Injection Pump

Sahabat teknisi, kembali lagi ke topik masalah engine, kali ini saya akan melanjutkan pembahasan pada postingan sebelumnya tentang fuel injection pump.
• Struktur dan cara kerja pompa injeksi tipe in-line
Semua model dari pompa injeksi bahan bakar pada dasarnya memilki struktur dan cara kerja
yang sama. Berikut ini akan ditunjukkan beberapa contoh struktur dan cara kerja dari beberapa
model pompa injeksi bahan bakar model A, model B, dan model P).


- Proses pengiriman bahan bakar
Rangkaian komponen yang terdiri atas plunger dan plunger barrel dinamakan dengan elemen pompa (pump element). Di atas telah ditunjukkan berbagai macam tipe pump element dari pompa injeksi bahan bakar.


Plunger akan bergerak naik dan turun untuk mensupali bahan bakar. Plunger bergerak naik dan turun setiap satu kali gerakan camshaft. Tingginya pergerakkan dari plunger selalu tetap (berdasrkan camlift).
Struktur plunger dan plunger barrel harus sangat presisi, sehingga mampu mengirimkan bahan bakar ke nozzle dengan tekanan yang cukup tinggi. Pergerakkan dari plunger ditunjukkan pada gambar di atas, baik pada pump element model A maupun model P memeilki prinsip kerja yang sama. Bahan bakar masuk dan keluar melalui lubang inlet/outlet port. Konstruksi plunger barrel tetap (fix) ke rumah pompa injeksi (pump housing). Plunger mengatur pengiriman jumlah bahan bakar (injection rate) dengan berputar. Perputaran dari plunger diatur oleh control rack (model A dan B) atau control rod (model P).

Perhitungan Kapasitas Tenaga Engine

Satuan tenaga yang umum digunakan dan sudah kita bahas pada posting sebelumnya, yaitu satuan HP dan PS.
Tenaga (power) = Kerja /satuan waktu
Kerja (work) = Gaya (force) x jarak (distance)

Pada komponen engine, gaya diwakili oleh beban (load), jarak diwakili dengan panjang (radius/ lengan pada dynamo meter, atau jarak titik pusat main journal terhadap titik pusat pin journal crankshaft), kemudian waktu diwakili oleh kecepatan (putaran per menit/ rpm).

Gaya dikali kecepatan pada engine dinyatakan sebagai torsi (torque), sehingga torsi dapat dinyatakan: Torsi = Gaya x Kecepatan
Maka tenaga engine bisa ditulis dengan formula: P = T x S
Dimana,
P = Power (tenaga)
T = Torque (torsi)
S = Speed (rpm)

Jika suatu poros (shaft) berputar satu kali dalam satu menit dapat dinyatakan bahwa poros tersebut berputar 360º/menit. Jika berputar 3/4 putaran dalam satu menit, maka dapat dinyatakan dengan 0,75 put/mnt. atau 270º /mnt.

Dapat dinyatakan dengan: 1 putaran = 360º = 2π radian

Apabila Speed/kecepatan 1 putaran / mnt = 2Ï€ x n/mnt............ atau dalam 1 putaran/dtk = 2Ï€ x n/60.

1 PS = 75 kgm/dtk
1 HP = 76,04 kgm/dtk

Karena kecepatan putaran engine biasa menggunakan putaran per menit (rpm), maka harus dirubah menjadi putaran per detik, sehingga menjadi:
P = T x S
P = T x 2Ï€ x n/mnt, menjadi:
P = T x 2Ï€ x n/60 ........ untuk menjadikan dalam satuan kgm/dtk.

Sehingga tenaga dalam satuan HP, didapat formula:
HP = (T x 2Ï€ x n)/(60 x 76,04)
HP = (2Ï€ : 4662,4) x T x n
HP = 0,001376 x T x n


Dalam satuan PS, didapat formula:
PS = (T x 2Ï€ x n)/(60 x 75)
PS = (2Ï€ : 4500) x T x n
PS = 0,001396 x T x n

Contoh penggunaan formula, jika diketahui dari grafik performance engine, engine tersebut mempunyai rated power sebesar 320 hp pada 2000 rpm, maka torque rated nya didapat:

HP = 0,001376 x T x n
HP rated = 0,001376 x Torque rated x n
320 = 0,001376 x T x 2000
Torque rated = 320 : ( 0,001376 x 2000)
Torque rated = 116 Kg.m

To coordinate the activities of NNT maintenance and Contractor maintenance work across shifts and to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet production and maintenance needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, included but not limited to:
-Comply with all PTNNT Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995.
-Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under Newmont Asia Pacific Integrated Management System, Newmont vision and values.
-Accept personal responsibility for the health and safety of every mine worker under or assigned to his supervision.
-Implement training procedures in line with PTNNT Succession Planning Policy.
-Sets goals and coordinates the activities of Electrical Maintenance Foremen in the field and in the workshop to ensure that scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs are accomplished with minimal disruption to the operation.
-Ensures that adequate resources are available to meet scheduled maintenance and repair needs.
-Reviews all maintenance schedules and coordinates activities with other departments in order to ensure optimal equipment and operation availability to meet business needs.
-Monitors and reviews costs; establishes and maintains budgets; recommends replacement of updating of equipment.
-Reviews and updates departmental procedures and policies, administers discipline, enforces company policy, and ensures compliance with state, federal, or other jurisdictional laws.
-Responds to emergencies that could cause injury to personnel or loss of operational efficiency.

WORKING CONDITIONS/REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
The position exists in a remote jungle environment in a sparsely populated area in Indonesia. The incumbent may undertake business travels to various Corporate mine sites and places on the company’s behalf. Require to access mining areas and rough terrain on a daily basis.

* Obtain, review and if it is necessary redefine the environmental objectives and targets of the Environmental Management System (EMS) defined by the top management KPC related to the needs of the ISO 14001 program. The RKL may be the first source to start with the Environmental Objectives and define the targets and plan a program accordingly on how to achieve the defined targets.
* Identify and plan training needs concerning with the ISO 14001 program. The trainings should essentially reflect the conformance with the environmental policy and procedures and with the requirements of the environmental management system that is defined in accordance with the ISO 14001 program.
* Prepare material training and provide training to all level of management regarding EMS as scheduled in annual training program.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least S1 Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
* At least 2 – 3 year of experience in environmental field particularly with ISO 14001. Holding Lead Auditor ISO 14001 Certificate is preferable.
