We are one of the largest and fast growing coal mining companies running our operation in Berau, East-Kalimantan. We are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:

1. ER & OHSE TRAINING SUPERINTENDENT
Responsible to supporting ER & OHSE Training Manager to planing, executing, controling and evaluating the improvement of competence in the field to all personnel in the operational area of PT Berau Coal

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Mining / Chemical / Geological Engineering
# Min 7 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries
# Placemen at Berau

2. MINE PLAN AND CONTROL MANAGER
Responsible to manage and implement mine planning functions and controlling the implementation of mining for the active mining area and the new development area

Requirement:
# Bachelor degree in Mining / Geological / Civil Engineering
# Minimum 8 years experience at similar position
# Xpac, Minex, Mine Scape Core & Open cut certified
# Placement at Berau

3. LONG TERM MINE PLANNER
Responsible to develop long term mine plan, provide recommendation of mine development, making technical and economical mining evaluation and provide risk analysis for long term mine plan

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
# Min 3 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantage, preferably from coal mining industries
# POP certified
# Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc.)
# Placement at Berau

4. SHORT TERM MINE PLANNER
Responsible to design short term mine plan; making of daily, weekly and quarterly plan. Evaluate progress of production target. Recommend efficiency and effectiveness on mining operation.

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
# POP certified, Mine Scape Core & Open cut certified
# Minimum 2 years experience at similar position
# Placement at Berau

5. MINE ENGINEER
Responsible to supervise mining production activity to meet mining design, production target and create save & green operation

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
# POP certified
# Minimum 2 years experience at similar position
# Placement at Berau

6. BLASTING ENGINEER
Responsible to ensure that implementation of blasting operation is on schedule. Responsible the supervisor of blasting operational, such as : Drilling / Making hole, Loading of explosives. Responsible to ensure that good explosions (with no boulder, fly rock, ground vibration and small air blast). Responsible to evaluate and give advice to create efficiency and effective on blasting operations

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or others
# Minimum 2 years experience as Blasting Supervisor
# Having second class blaster certification (KJL) and preferably to KIM
# Placement at Berau

7. COAL PRODUCTION & HAULING SUPERVISOR
Responsible to manage daily operational of coal processing activities; coal haulage, weight-bridge, ROM, crushing plant and stock-pile to barge loading and ensure implementation of QHSE system and procedures

Requirement:
# Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Mechanical / Geological Engineering
# Minimum 2 years working experience in the similar position in coal mining industries
# Having good analytical skills for control and problem-solving
# POP certified
# Having strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills
# Placement at Berau

8. SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Responsible to supervise the implementation of safety & risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health & Safety management system and also perform inspection regularly at operational area including contractor in order to make safe operation

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Mining / Geological / Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety Public Health
# Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries
# Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001
# POP/ AK3 Certified
# Placement at Berau

9. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsible for day to day activity in environmental site and maintain the legal complience in environment (AMDAL)

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Forestry / Agriculture / Environment
# Minimum 2 years experience at similar position
# Placement at Berau

10. PRODUCT QUALITY & DELIVERY CONTROL OFFICER
Responsible to ensure coal quality product, quantity and coal delivery are meet with blending and shipment plan as customer requirement

Requirements:
# Bachelor degree in Geological / Chemistry Engineering
# Minimum 2 years experience in coal quality, coal sampling and familiar with coal blending processes
# Placement at Berau
